Fiona Wood Art | FAQs

I create original paintings, ceramics, and jewelry — all bright, colourful, and inspired by nature and flowers. My ceramics are mostly miniatures, including my lucky animal range each with its own meaning.

If an item is in stock it will be posted in the next 1-3 business days and will take about a week to get to you (depending on Australia Post times). If I need to make the item it will take an additional 2 weeks.

If an item is damaged in the post I will replace it free of charge.

Try not to drop it! Its ceramic and it will break. Besides that it should be fine to get wet and be in the sunlight. Any metal components may tarnish overtime.

You can find my pieces at two artist co-ops — Made in Mansfield and Artisans Alley in Mornington — as well as at several other stockists: Creek and Bay, Gather Gallery, Flock of Seagulls, Molinos, Bella and Grace, Yea Wetlands, Mansfield Tourist Information, and The Old Auction House.

Keep all paintings indoors and out of direct sunlight.

All my ceramic pieces can be kept outside if you wish. Any with string or ribbon will wear with time and may fade. Wire stems on flowers may rust over time.

The only market I do each year is The Mansfield Pottery Festival. On the odd occasion I may include another.

Yes I ship anywhere in Australia. At this stage I do not offer overseas shipping.

I paint on sustainable canvas with acrylic paints.

I use a number of different clays and glazes. Most of them are mid fire.

Yes — every piece is made by hand in my studio in Tolmie, in Victoria's High Country.

Not at this time — but I'm always creating new designs, so it's worth checking back or following along on social media for what's coming next.

Every piece takes real time and skill to create by hand, from start to finish. I aim to keep prices genuinely fair for the amount of work involved, so they stay accessible without cutting corners on quality.
